Erik Williams began his real estate career in Austin, TX. He grew up in Glen Ellyn, a suburb of Chicago, IL and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Kansas. He has an extensive career in consumer and business-to-business integrated marketing working for global technology leaders like Sony Ericsson, Lenovo, Cisco and Sony Electronics, along with wine and spirits brands such as Geyser Peak Winery and Jim Beam Brands. His marketing experience is on the “agency” side where he focused primarily on consumer promotions, brand partnerships and experiential marketing. Some of his career highlights include brand partnerships with Mavericks Surf Ventures and LA Fashion Week.
Erik’s interest in real estate began with income property investments in Chicago and Los Angeles. He brings deep marketing expertise to his real estate career through innovative listing strategies that have produced outstanding results.
His philosophy is simple: ask the right questions, define a tailored strategy for each client, differentiate through innovative marketing tactics, be humble, genuine and patient. Erik’s overall business philosophy - Authentic connections keeps the focus where it needs to be… on the relationship.
Erik’s wife is an art museum educator and is currently a director at di Rosa Center for Contemporary Art. Careers have taken them all over the country- from his wife’s native California to North Carolina to Texas. They have two active children, and the whole family is very excited to be back in California living in Browns Valley. When Erik is not focused on real estate, he can be found enjoying live music, playing bocce or working in the yard.
